The purpose of this project is to stabilize existing retaining walls and to reinforce slopes bordering the Copper Beach Student Housing development near James Madison University in Harrisonburg. The primary products being used on this project will be/are RDC8 & RDC which are primarily being used as access roads and pads for cranes and drills. They are also using the RDC products on the benches on the slopes. They are also calling for a significant amount of #1’s and #3’s on this project to be used in gabion baskets and on slopes for stabilization. The #68 stones are being used in the underdrains on the project.
