Preston Lake Senior Living, also called The Retreat at Preston Lake. This is a Senior Living facility located off of Stone Spring Road near the Preston Lake subdivision in Harrisonburg, VA. The primary products being used on this project are RDC8 and RDC being used for building pad lifts where poor soil conditions don’t allow for reuse and compaction of onsite material. They are also using 68’s for pipe bedding, 21A’s for the building pads, and 57’s at the poured and brick walls for backfill. They are using #1’s for construction entrances, along with RDC and 21A’s.
